I used my shakti mat today and it was really nice. I thought I could place it a little further down, at the back of my thighs and it stung like shiiit. I gave up after three minutes, and now fifteen minutes later it’s still stinging. I guess I’ll have to stick to using it on my back and neck for a while. :(

I rode the bus alone for the first time today. In a city I’ve never been in without anybody else. It wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be, and I didn’t ride in the wrong direction or got on the wrong bus even once!
